This is a theoretical question about no specific boiler piping setup, so it has no practical application and can be an annoyance when misapplied. Some boilers come from the factory with them built inside the boiler to solve problems and they work fine as long as they last. Othere than that, being just a general question, it could be good or bad depending on when and where applied.
