That is a good sign. It means that, as you have closed all the air valves, that air will not be able to get out, so you will not have water leaks either and ytou won't be losing water. One bad result of keeping all the air valves shut is that you now have a system with compressed air inside, and it can explode (but it probably won't.)

As you have radiators, open the air vents on each one starting with the lowest until water comes out, then progress to the highest in turn on each floor until you have water coming from the highest radiator, as in:
