The TT Elite is a combo unit. Produces DHW with heated boiler water. Great space saving if you only need to heat a radiant system and need DHW also. So why would you get one just for seasonal heating? Don't you need the hot domestic water all year long? It's a pricey unit just for a short heating system. Why not get a small oil fired boiler? With only 3 months of heating, I wouldn't even bother with an expensive high efficency unit.
