The costs for installing new baseboard are tremendous when compared to old radiators. After all, the old ones are already installed, so cost you nothing; compare that with the cost of installing anything and the cost of installing new are thousands of percents more expensive.

Otherwise, heat in costs the same as heat out, so there is no difference in operation between baseboard and standing radiation. They give off all the heat you put into them, so they are 100 percent efficient. Install the right length for the heat required in the room and you will be comfortable.

You are investing in the decoration. Aluminum baseboard that looks like painted wood baseboard:
