Your're Welcome, Skip.

Just some thoughts: If the house is very efficient there may not be enough exercise for the owner. I saw the New Hampshire study of the house-within-the-house earth-coupled passive solar study. It required NO heat.

Three chords of wood would probably carry this owner through the winter. So the owner might take up chordwood sales for more exercise. Three chords would probably pay the fuel bill, the owner wouldn't have to tend a wood boiler, and would get more exercise. It is nice to have match-controlled backup though.
