Economizer installation for non-dearated boiler feedwater. Unit design specifics:
Duplex stainless steel economizer tubes with stainless steel fins are required due to dissolved
oxygen in the water.
Upgrade to Duplex stainless steel required to prevent against chloride stress corrosion cracking
of any 300 series stainless steel tube.
Installation adequate for natural gas firing and #2 oil firing
Any economizer that is installed in a possible condensing application MUST
be designed with provisions in the lower transition to collect and drain all
condensation from the stack, preventing it from entering and damaging the boiler.

For Systems with little or no make-up demands / Pre-heating boiler feedwater:
Continuous Running Feedpump with Modulating Feedwater Valve
On/Off Boiler Feedpump Operation
For Systems with make-up demands >80% Load using both a seperate condensate receiver and
boiler feed tank:
